Reservation and Cancellation Policies
A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Two days before arrival your credit card will be charged in full
for your entire stay. Any cancellations after this time will only
be credited if the room is re-booked for your entire stay.
Holiday Weekends
For rooms booked on
holiday or special event weekends a seven day cancellation policy
is enforced. Your credit card will be charged seven days prior
to your arrival and any cancellations after this time will only
be credited if the room is re-booked for your entire stay.
Things to Note
A $10 processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
Check-in is requested between 2 PM and 9 PM and check out is 11 AM.
The Lake House is a smoke free property.
Any damage that exceeds normal wear and tear to furniture, bathroom fixture and linens, will be charged to the guest.
The Lake House is also home to my two Bichon Frise dogs, Sadie and Sophie.
